All Courtsdesk users receive a Daily Brief email at 9am every morning from Tuesday to Saturday summarising what is new in the Irish courts the prior day. High Court cases are broken down by type, and links to new company formations, new risk notices, new Irish Circuit Court diaries and new Judgments can also be found in the Daily Brief.

Selecting the View on Courtsdesk button will redirect users to the News Wire on the Courtsdesk Dashboard.

The Dashboards purpose is to summarise what’s been going on in the Irish courts recently, in the past week, and it also provides users with the ability to review what has been published on a certain day through the News Wire.

Alter the date of the News Wire to view updates and new court information accordingly and deploy filters to alter results to match your interests. All results are linked to the relevant page for even more detail. For example, selecting the circuit court filter will produce other tags that allow new Circuit Court data to be further organised based on the county, case type, new diaries and new registrars lists, which you can see below.

The News Wire also displays:

  • New Judgments and Determinations in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court

  • New listings detected in High Court cases

  • High Court cases that have received set down numbers that day

You will find that each category of news is easily identifiable by engaging with the right filters.
