There are two ways to find published judgments on Courtsdesk. The first option is to filter for judgments in the drop down menu as pictured below.

Then, toggle to the drop down menu titled advanced and enter facets of information to narrow down your results. Search by Judge, court, status or any other option listed.

Alternatively, if you know a judgment has already been passed in a case, you can filter to the High Court and enter the case reference. We recommend always entering the reference number into the advanced filter titled case reference in order to learn the search bar shortcut that is necessary for searching via case reference.

Click into the case and view related judgments. All judgments listed on a case page are clickable, and you can view or download the original judgment text.

If a judgment has not yet been passed and you believe there will be a judgment soon, you can ask to be updated when it is published: search for the case, click into the case, and hit the track button in the upper right hand corner. Once the judgement is published to the case, you will find out the next morning at 9am via an email titled Daily Alerts.

Drop us a line by clicking on the blue icon in the lower right hand corner of this screen and someone will get back to you shortly.
