Begin by searching for the High Court case on Courtsdesk.

You can enter ref: and then the case reference number in the search bar, or you can enter the case reference number in the case reference section of the advanced drop down menu.

Once the results load, click into your case. All High Court cases have a case details page which contains all essential information to a case. Here you will find both parties and solicitors on record, fillings, listings, orders and judgments.

Courtsdesk maintains a litigation profile for each individual name and company mentioned in the High Court - this will show you a breakdown of their history in the IHC, a relationship map outlining that person or companies complex histories and relationships in the court, along with exact and extended matches for other cases that name has been involved. In order to view a party or solicitors firm litigation profile, simply click on any name listed under the case details section and you will be brought to their profile page.

Drop us a line by clicking on the blue icon in the lower right hand corner of this screen and someone will get back to you shortly.
