One of the ways in which Courtsdesk helps to manage your caseload is by monitoring for changes in cases which are progressing through the High Court.

Using the 'track' button on any case page, you can monitor for newly registered filings, listings, orders or judgments (FLOJs). This monitor will alert you if anything new happens, including changes to existing FLOJs.

Here are the simple steps in setting up this monitor.

  1. Find the High Court case. You can use the advanced search, or directly enter the case reference number using the shortcut ref: in the search bar. For more details see have a look at our Help Centre article searching on Courtsdesk

  2. Click into the case and click the Track button in the upper right hand corner of the case page.

Once you have completed the above, you will receive any updates on newly recorded information in that case in an email titled Daily Alerts that goes out every morning at 9am. This email also contains alerts for any other reminders you have set, or monitors that have been triggered.

Any updates will come through on the Daily Alerts email.

If you have any issues with any of the article above, please drop us a line by clicking on the blue icon in the lower right hand corner of this screen and someone will get back to you shortly.
