If your Courtsdesk subscription is paid for monthly using a credit card then our standard Subscription Billing Terms and Conditions available at Courtsdesk.com apply, and cover much of the basic information related to your account billing.
All Courtsdesk credit card details are stored or processed only via Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant suppliers.
For every payment made a Vat invoice or receipt is issued. Monthly subscriptions offer a feature-limited version of the Courtsdesk web application. Full descriptions of what is included in each plan can be found on our website.
