Courtsdesk allows you to search the following data sources:

  • The Irish High court archive.  All cases in the Central Office database, going back to the 1950s, and updated daily.

  • Irish Circuit Court listings. This archive of listings began when Courtsdesk commenced Circuit Court operations in April 2017. This is a unique service, the Courts Service itself does not maintain a searchable archive of these listings.

  • The archive of Judgments and Determinations of the Superior Courts of Ireland

We also supply a News Wire of all of this information as it happens

Newly-found court cases, diaries and judgments are added to the Courtsdesk newsfeed as they are detected.

The News Wire is visible just below the dashboard charts on your Courtsdesk homepage.

Here you will find hyperlinks to each new published case or listing. You can alter the date and click on the hashtags to filter the results. Hashtags are based on key words found in the new cases and listings each day.
